Blade Material- D2

Sometimes simplicity is the best option, that was our focus for the Feldspar, we wanted to create a simple tool that would work for a wide range of users and then make it as perfect as possible. We started with a smooth ergonomic shape and a simple versatile blade. We fine tuned the blade to give it maximized cutting performance. And we finised by ensuring that the action was absoulutley perfect. The Feldspar is our most ambitios project to date and it shows!

D2 Steel

D2 steel is the perfect balance between performance and accessibility. D2 offers excellent edge retention and toughness as well as the ability to take a very keen edge that will last for extended periods of time. This steel is the prefect option for day-to-day use and will perform significantly longer than other, lower grade steels.

Blade

We’ve keept the blade stock of the Feldspar a trim 0.09″ which provides exceptional slicing prowess while maintaining optimal strength.

Exceptional Cutting Profile

We wanted to design a blade that offered the most ideal cutting performance possible for a wide variety of tasks. The Feldspar features a wide drop point blade that tapers to a fine tip. The high flat grind ensures that the edge stays thin and slicey while the spine is robust and durable. Thumbstuds allow for quick and reliable action whenever the knife needs to be opened.

Handle Material: G10

For people who want their knives to perform under any condition G10 is an excellent handle material option. G10 is temperature resistant, water resistant, non-reactive, non-conductive, and exceptionally tough under pressure. We have gone a step beyond and fully contoured the scales on the Feldspar and milled in some light texture that provides the perfect amount of grip!

Ceramic Ball bearing

When smoothness and deployment speed are important it’s hard to beat a good set of ceramic ball bearings. Our caged bearings ensure that your Feldspar will snap open with authority with just a little pressure on the thumbstuds. Closing the knife is just as fluid, simply disengage the liner and the blade will smoothly fall shut into the handle, making this knife the perfect for true one-handed operation.

Lanyard Hole/Reversable clip

The Feldspar boast a true deep-carry clip that will entirely disappear into the pocket. This is perfect for keeping your knife discreetly on your person while still allowing it to be accessible. The large lanyard hole is perfect for 550 paracord or leather cordage
