Q: What if I receive broken glass or missing accessories?

A: The glass belongs to fragile goods, Although our outdoor street light have been rigorously packaged and done “drop down test” before shipping out, in the process of transportation, it will appear a lot of unpredictable conditions. If glass is broken,or accessories are lost, such as small nuts, please rest assured that your problem will be solved. At the same time, you can keep the original light fixture without returning it.

Q: How to change the bulb?

A: This outdoor post lantern designed with open bottom, easy to clean, and just screw the bulb to E26 socket to replace your prefered bulbs, please make sure electric power is cut off for safety!

TIPS: We have equipped a test bulb for you to test the product performance. This bulb can change 3 light colors (Warm/Cool/Daylight) by switching on/off the wall switch. You can choose your favorite light color as a reference for your purchase of light bulbs.

Q: Are these outdoor street lamp solar or corded electric?
