Small Wiregate Carabiner 3kN

These wire lock Carabiners have wider gate openings, which provide a larger gate clearance. Easy to open using just your thumb and a spring-loaded close action.

Material

Made from high-grade aluminum, this gate carabiner and is lighter than steel. It works for medium-duty uses. There are fewer forces and operating loads. It is lighter than steel carabiners owing to their material. You, thus, have less weight to carry while adventuring.

It has a 3kN (675lbs) strength rating. The net weight is just 0.39oz, reducing the carrying load to almost nothing. The vital component is often called the central axis at the middle of the sweeping bend. It is the region that can support most of the weight.
