There are lots of modes, but the controls aren’t complicated – you just cycle through them – see video. Per press:

XPE white light 100%: Illumination range of 50-100 meters. The light is diverged, it can provide a wide vision. Suitable for camping and adventure.
XPE white light 30%: The light is soft, suitable for fishing, repairing a car and camping dining.
COB white light 100%: Illumination range of 50-200 meters and the light is more concentrated. Suitable for climbing and cycling.
COB white light 30%: Illumination range of 40-100 meters. Suitable for running and walking a dog.
COB steady red light: Suitable for camping, when you need to find something or go to the toilet at night. Will not affect the teammates rest.
COB SOS red strobe: Illumination range of 300-400 meters, Suitable for emergency situations, facilitating rescuers find you.
