How to Use Twist Lock Mechanism of Trekking Poles

Step 1. Untwist poles so you can adjust the heightStep 2. Adjust to your desired height. Arms should be at 90 degrees. DO NOT pull passed stop mark. Firm twist pole to lock into placeStep 3. Apply weight to the pole. If pole begins to collapse, repeat steps 1-3 until it remains at desired heightStep 4. Take your poles out on their adventure
