MOUNTING

Heights

This kayak rack is adjustable. The lower cradle hoop has holes for three different mounting heights. This means that you are able to adjust it for a perfect fit for your kayak or paddleboard.

Truck or RV

This mount has a 2″ hitch receiver. Making it suitable for trucks that have a 2″ receiver. It is recommended that this receiver be frame welded as this mount is made to hold weight. This can also be mounted to the back of a RV with a RV bumper hitch.

Fold Flat

When you are not using this kayak mount, you have the ability to fold up the brackets and store it flat either up against your RV or even in your truck bed.

LENGTH

This kayak mount is perfect for your upcoming trip. If you have a couple of friends going and you want to bring your kayaks or paddleboards for some fun out on the water, then look no further. This mount gives you the ability to haul two kayaks, paddleboards, or a mixture of the two. It fits kayaks and paddleboards up to 12 feet long and holds up to 150 pounds.

POWER COATED

No need to worry about the black color rubbing off on to your kayaks or the color of you kayaks rubbing off on to your mount. This rack is black powder-coated. Even through movement and use, your color should hold. The powdered-coating give the mount a nice sleek look to it as well.

DURABLE STEEL

When traveling down the road with your kayaks, you want to have a durable material so that you don’t have to worry about damaging your boats. This rack is created out of durable steel. The upper section is constructed out of 14 gauge steel. The lower cradle is created from 11 gauge steel.

ANTI-RATTLE HITCH

Nothing is more annoying than hearing your hitch rattling during a long road trip. You do not need to worry about that with this mount. This mount includes an anti-rattle hitch tightener. So no more getting annoyed as you are driving down the road!

EXTRA FEATURES

Not only is that rack made to last, but we also include some extra features to keep your kayaks safe while driving down the road. We have include padding for the mount, in form of pool noodles with zip ties. We have also included ratchet strap so that you can tie down your kayaks so they won’t go anywhere. These are all included, but they do not come attached.

CLEARANCE

Be sure when adjusting your mount that you make sure that there is enough clearance between your kayak and the ground to prevent ground scrape. Also be aware of overhead obstacles, like bridges, limbs, etc.
