Product Description

A critical component of the EVAP system, the canister stores the fuel vapours until the engine is ready to absorb them and then released for the engine to burn instead of the vapours just being released into the atmosphere. When your evap canister is bad it may trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light) with codes such as P0440, P0442, P0449, P0453.
